M. R. "Bricks" Corbin -- President & CEO
Mr. Corbin was a Principal and Board Member of Rowels Winston Company - New York Stock Exchange. He has over 40 years of executive level experience in multiple business development endeavors. An Oil and Gas investor, he assisted in the development and distribution of some of the first successful Oil and Gas investment programs. Mr. Corbin has an Engineering Degree from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis and served as a Naval Aviator.

Stephen J. Bowen -- Executive VP - Director of Marketing
Mr. Bowen has 16 years of experience in software product development and marketing at such companies as Oracle and Novell as well as with several startup ventures. He has experience in software product engineering, business development, and product marketing both domestically and internationally. Mr. Bowen's most recent experience was at Nabors Industries where he was responsible for developing software for drilling instrumentation and mudlogging operations. He has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and an M.S. degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University.

Chris D. Nelson, MAcc, CPA -- Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Nelson has over 18 years experience in finance, accounting and taxation. His work history includes KPMG Peat Marwick, where he specialized in financial institution taxation, and a management position with Baker Oil Tools. Mr. Nelson has worked for the past several years with a premier sports management firm, where he served as a tax advisor to professional athletes. He received a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, and a masters Degree in Taxation from Brigham Young University.

Darin H. Mangum, Esq. -- General Counsel and Director
Mr. Mangum is a securities attorney in private practice. He worked for several oil and gas companies and he served as Director of the Rocky Mountain Energy Exchange for five years. He interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in both Los Angeles and Salt Lake City. His practice includes syndication, partnership law, mergers, acquisitions, and securities law compliance.

David Hergenroder, Ph.D. -- VP Field Operations
Mr. Hergenroder has over 32 years experience in oil and gas exploration, including over 28 years with Amoco Production Company and subsidiaries. He held various supervisory positions including resident manager of Amoco Sharjah Oil Company (United Arab Emirates) from 1979 to 1981, and was V.P. Exploration of Amoco's Europe, Latin America, and Far East region. Mr. Hergenroder’s experience has included evaluating exploration projects, development projects, and producing properties. He obtained a B.S. degree in geology from Kent State university in 1956, and received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.

Mike Vega, -- Petroleum Engineer
Mr. Vega has over 30 years of engineering experience in oil and gas production, including over 27 years with Mobil and ExxonMobil. He has held various Production, Drilling and Reservoir Engineering positions responsible for exploration and production of oil and gas properties in the U.S onshore and Gulf of Mexico and internationally in The Netherlands and Norway. Mr. Vega’s experience in evaluating exploration projects, development projects, and improving producing properties encompasses shallow onshore gas fields, tertiary oil fields with water, CO2 and Nitrogen floods, Gulf of Mexico and North Sea developments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Loyola University in New Orleans and a master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Marius Barbu -- Geologist
Mr. Barbu is a native of Romania, becoming a US citizen in August of 2006. He has a variety of business, marketing, sales, and engineering experience in the firefighting and silicon industries. Prior to joining the WESG team, he worked as an Environmental Scientist with ARCADIS. Mr. Barbu obtained a B.S. degree in Petroleum Geology as an engineer from Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti, Romania in 1998, and M.S. Accredited by Educational Credential Evaluators, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Chad H. Waddell – V.P. Media & Data Management
Mr. Waddell has a variety of business and marketing experience. He has been a principal and owner of several businesses. He also has over seven years of experience in the insurance industry dealing in risk management. Prior to joining the team, Mr. Waddell was focused on website development and marketing campaigns for several companies. He now utilizes his experience to market and maintain the companies web presence, as well as manage statistical data derived from field operations. He has developed in-depth knowledge regarding the oil and gas industry.

Trisha Crowe – V.P. Administration
Mrs. Crowe is responsible for the administrative staff as well as the daily operation of the home WESG office. She coordinates all human resource functions, which include oversight of employee payroll, communication with outside vendors of office services, coordination of outside office events, and coordination and oversight for recruitment and orientation. She is also responsible for regulatory filings, licensing documentation and state recordings as necessary. Mrs. Crowe is also a licensed real estate agent with the State of Texas. She worked in property management, overseeing the daily operations of commercial class “A” office buildings for 15 years before entering the oil and gas field by joining WESG.

Robert Kaiser – V.P. Private Equity Markets
Mr. Kaiser graduated from Columbia College in New York City with his bachelor degree in Economics. He later served in the U.S. Army as an enlisted soldier during the Vietnam War. After 10 years of active duty, he moved to reserve status and earned a masters degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. He subsequently joined Prudential Insurance Company and Pruco Securities where he moved quickly from Registered Representative to Agency Manager to Regional Manager positions, ultimately overseeing representative computer deployment for the Midwest United States. Mr. Kaiser helped form various telecommunication consulting service companies and oil and gas companies prior to joining Well Enhancement Service Group.

Dustin M. Faulkner, P.E. -- Consultant
Mr. Faulkner is a registered professional engineer with a diverse background of drilling and completion experience with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. He has been responsible for workover, stimulation, and drilling operations involving over 200 wells in the Mid-Continent, Gulf Coast, South & East Texas. From 2000 to 2003, he served as a horizontal development and exploration team leader within Anadarko. This experience involved designing, forecasting, and assessing the economic value of horizontal drilling programs from East Texas to the Rocky Mountains. Mr. Faulkner received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and earned honors as a member of the Petroleum Engineering Honor Society.
